The three LSF partners – Christoph Uerlings, Brad J. Cleary, and Barbara Simon – have a unique blend of experience that they have gained over decades in the fields of live entertainment, music, TV, fashion, project management, and brand communication.
CHRISTOPH „CHRISSY“ UERLINGS
Project Manager, Tour Director, Production Manager, Site Coordinator, Line Producer, Promoter Representative, Live Entertainment Producer
In the course of his more than 35-year career, Christoph organized and promoted leading trade fairs, Broadway shows and world tours of rock and pop stars. For years he worked directly with the greats of the music industry, such as Prince, Phil Collins, Depeche Mode. In addition, Christoph has worked for Live Nation, AEG Live, Peter Rieger Konzertagentur, ICO Concerts, Premium Entertainment & Event, and Freestate (Sony/Samsung). He has produced more than 4,000 shows and projects on five continents and has been responsible for budgets of all sizes. In 2009, he was named „Production Manager of the Year“ at ILMC – the leading conference for live entertainment. His most prestigious projects include Pavarotti in front of the Eiffel Tower, the opening of the Miejski Stadium in Wroclaw as well as arena and stadium tours by Elton John, The Rolling Stones, U2, David Bowie, Whitney Houston, George Michael, The Police, P!NK and many other top stars.

BRAD J. CLEARY

Brad is the producer and storyteller of LSF. Over the past 17 years, he has been responsible for the design and direction of various corporate and private events around the world. He creates fascinating, inspiring and touching storylines, entertainment concepts and brand campaigns that captivate people worldwide. Brad served as Show Director and Production Designer at the landmark
hotel casinos „Tropicana“ and the late „Riviera“ on the Las Vegas Strip, winning
multiple „Best of Las Vegas Show“ awards. He also worked as a Show Director for the “New Body Awards 2017”, as Co Director/Choreographer for the „About You – Berlin Fashion Week“ in 2020/2021, and Creative Director for fashion brands Hunkemöller and Shiseido for their campaign and live shows. He is the Show Director of the “6K United!”-Arena show format. He has worked as Art Director for the “Mall of Qatar” as well as Show Director for the “Voice of Germany” 2019 and „Let‘s Dance“ 2021 tour.
BRAD J. CLEARY

Barbara gathered extensive experience as Creative Director and Head of Marketing in her more than 30-year career, working for leading free and pay TV corporations – such as ProSiebenSat.1 Media and NBC Universal. Her areas of expertise are brand positioning, corporate design across all media, 360°-campaigns, trailers, animation and post production. Since 2007, Barbara has been working as a freelance Strategic Creative Director and Brand Consultant for German and international brands and oversees the branding for a large number of major productions – such as the Eurovision Song Contest with 200 million viewers, the Laureus World Sports Awards or the Spike Video Game Awards. As Creative Director, she was responsible for over 20 station designs as well as countless program packaging and multimedia marketing campaigns.
